Warranty, Returns and Exchanges

In the unfortunate circumstance that your product is faulty and needs replacing;

We will always endeavour to have your Hard Candy products repaired and returned back to you as soon as possible. In order to do this, we request your full cooperation with respect to the warranty claim instructions below: Contact Hard Candy to determine if you need to return the product. Do not return a product to the sales merchant you purchased the product from without first contacting Hard Candy.

Thoroughly review the electronic cigarette instructions we provide for you.

If the problem persists, please call our customer service line on 01162997977 or email sales@hard-candy.co.uk with you invoice number handy. We will then email you with a returns address. Only then should send only the defective component/s via standard Royal Mail Standard or Recorded Delivery (at senders cost); Please ensure you have proof of postage. Please also enclose the following: a) your original sales receipt b) Your name, return address, contact telephone/fax numbers, c) email address and d) reason for returning the item.

Could customers please ensure that all returns are substantially packaged as we cannot return items lost in the post or damaged due to insufficient packaging.

CHARGES and Disposables do not require a warranty as they are products which are disposable; once the original packing has been opened we cannot accept returns do to heath and safety concerns.

Hard Candy warrants to the original purchaser of the Starter Kits/Rechargeable - Hard Candy Electronic Cigarette: Start-up Kit Products are warranted for a period of 3 months and may be repaired or replaced only the battery  at our discretion up to a maximum of 3 times; 

Hard Candy disposables are CONSUMABLE items, and as such carry no warranty from the date of purchase. Replacements may be purchased from the online store.

During the warranty period, Hard Candy will, at our discretion, repair or replace (with a new or reconditioned part) components that are defective.

This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance, improper charging or use of alternative charging adaptors, or unauthorized modifications.

This Warranty gives the original purchaser specific limited rights, in addition to those rights under applicable local law.

Hard Candy makes no other express or implied warranty or condition whatsoever, whether written or oral, and expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this Limited Warranty. To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdiction outside of the EU / U.S.A., Hard Candy disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. For all transactions, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above, and never more than the warranty conditions.

Some states or countries/regions do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incident or consequential damages for consumer products. In such states, or countries/regions, some exclusions or limitations of this Limited Warranty may not apply to the purchaser.
